THE INCUBATOR
WHAT IS THE INCUBATOR?
The Incubator is our delivery capability – used to deploy the Centre’s intervention capital to enable, prototype, and scale-up experiments aimed at effecting global 2nd order change in systems that no longer adequately serve the human family. We apply our distinctive approach to evolutionary development and design thinking in projects aiming to achieve massive change across six theatres of human activity. Over the coming years the Centre will use its investment capital to collaborate with others in the initiation of a range of structural change projects aimed at expressing a more universally empathic worldview and prototyping a more viable world-system.
RENEWING LEADERSHIP
The ability to consciously create viable and desirable futures at a societal scale, with immediate local relevance to organisations and government agencies has never been more accessible. Wayfinding processes, along with access to strategic AI and design tools, mean that real advances are possible in creating a consciously regenerative society. To that end we intend creating grassroots movements for 2nd order change that will catalyse leadership of the future…. today. From 2020 we will be investing in evolving and activating a network of high-influence leaders whose task will be to shift the critical conversations shaping our collective future at domestic and local levels.
